About the Role:

The School Disctrictis seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join the team in a localElementary School (K–5), a brand-new facility that opened in August 2025. Thisin-person role involves conducting student evaluations, providing therapy services,and documenting progress in alignment with individualized plans of care andphysician orders. Candidates may be (CF) or hold a Certificate of ClinicalCompetence (CCC-SLP).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform speech-language evaluations for students
  • Deliver therapy services based on individualized plans of care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support student success

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license in North Carolina
  • CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by contract)
  • Compliance with all professional standards of practice
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
