Position Type: Full-Time | Start Date: ASAP Age Group: 3- and 4-Year-Olds | Openings: 3 Pay: $40–$45/hour + Benefits (based on experience and education)

Amergis is seeking compassionate and skilled Early Childhood Special Education Teachers to lead classrooms that nurture growth, spark curiosity, and support every child’s unique journey.

 What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver individualized instruction that meets developmental and academic needs
  • Support students in communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines
  • Collaborate with families, paraprofessionals, and general education teachers to foster inclusive learning
  • Develop and implement IEPs and monitor progress with care and precision
  • Create a classroom environment that’s safe, engaging, and full of encouragement

 What You’ll Need

  • Valid Wisconsin DPI license or eligibility to obtain a 1809 license
  • Experience in early childhood or special education settings
  • CPR certification and health screenings (as applicable)
  • Completion of required trainings and background checks
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
