Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Support Aide to work with an Exceptional Children (EC) student in a school setting. This role involves supporting a student with severe/profound disabilities and requires a strong commitment to safety, care, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 support to an EC student
• Assist with toileting/diapering, mobility, and behavioral safety
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff
• Maintain a positive and patient attitude in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a support aide, behavioral technician, or in 1:1 autism care
• Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a school setting
• CPI certification preferred
• Passion for working with children
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Servant leadership mindset
