?? Job Posting: Paraprofessionals – All School Levels
Location: Near Beloit, WI
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (August – June)
Openings: 4–5 Full-Time Positions
A school district near Beloit, Wisconsin is hiring multiple full-time paraprofessionals to support students across elementary, middle, and high school settings. These roles offer a meaningful opportunity to work closely with students in special education and inclusive classrooms, helping foster academic growth, emotional development, and a supportive learning environment.
?? Responsibilities
As a paraprofessional, you will:
- Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students with diverse learning needs
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with special education teachers, therapists, and general education staff
- Assist with classroom management, instructional activities, and student engagement
- Support students in both special education and inclusive classroom environments
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and other daily living needs as required
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
?? Qualifications Required
- Associate’s degree or high school diploma with successful completion of the Master Teacher Exam
- Eligibility to apply for a Wisconsin DPI Special Education Program Aide License
- Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental needs (experience at any school level is welcome)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
