$65 for Virtual Candidates; $70 for In-Person |
Hours/schedule: |
Full Time M-F ~33.75 hours per week depending upon specific school hours. |
Qualifications/Licensure: |
Must be a licensed School Psychologist in MD before starting assignment (virtual & in-person). Client is willing to make offers to candidates with the out of state license, but getting the MD license can take 4-6 weeks so start could be delayed |
Typical job duties & work environment: |
Caseload: 20-25 assessments per year. 15-20 students covering 1-2 school locations |
Specific experience required: |
File reviews and requests, utilizing assessments and skills to evaluate students based upon needs. |
Top 3 skills needed for success: |
Complete and Accurate notes, Thorough Assessments, supporting teams and making recommendations within their scope of practice |
What type of EMR/charting is used (if applicable): |
BCPS System |
Ratios (if applicable): |
Caseload 20-25 assessments/year. 15-20 students |
Location of assignment: |
Baltimore County Public School – TBD |
Float Requirement: |
Assigned up to 1-2 schools. No floating in the same day unless virtual |
Orientation process: |
Training/Shadow with Aaron Wheeler/Staff |
Dress Code & Parking: |
School appropriate Clothing |
Credentialing Requirements: |
Badge and FP, MD486, CPS, MSDE, MD SP License |
Additional Notes: |
They are open to fully remote candidates but in person and Hybrid are STRONGLY Preferred. |
