Love working with kids? Got experience in ABA or behavior support? Amergis is looking for passionate, energetic Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and all across LA County.

?? The Basics

Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: Schools in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and greater LA County

?? What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings
Helping implement behavior plans and learning strategies
Teaming up with teachers and specialists to keep things consistent and positive
Creating a calm, structured space where students feel safe and supported
Encouraging growth, confidence, and positive behavior every day

?? What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist roles
Must be at least 18 years old
Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
