Love working with kids? Got experience in ABA or behavior support? Amergis is looking for passionate, energetic Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and all across LA County.

?? The Basics

• Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Location: Schools in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and greater LA County

?? What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

• Helping implement behavior plans and learning strategies

• Teaming up with teachers and specialists to keep things consistent and positive

• Creating a calm, structured space where students feel safe and supported

• Encouraging growth, confidence, and positive behavior every day

?? What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist roles

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
