Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: North East, MD
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Openings:
- Full-Time (4 openings):
- 2 Weekend Lead: Fri 3:00pm–10:15pm, Sat/Sun 7:00am–10:15pm (36 hrs/week)
- 1 Overnight: Sun 10:00pm–8:30am, Mon–Wed 11:15pm–8:30am (36 hrs/week)
- 1 Fri–Sun: Hours TBD
- PRN (2–3 openings): Flexible shifts available
Requirements:
- Hands-on CNA experience and/or recent group home experience
- Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (CCR is a DDA Provider)
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- CPR certification required
- Willingness to complete DDA, MANDT & Choking Dysphagia training
- EMR: iCareManager
Responsibilities:
- Support residents in daily living activities including bathing, feeding, medication administration (including G-tube), and housekeeping
- Follow person-centered plans and assist with goal planning
- Use Hoyer lifts and assist with mobility
- Maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards
