The Registered Nurse – Clinic/Wellness/Immunization works in a variety of either remote or clinic locations to serve a specific population’s health and wellness needs. The Registered Nurse demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments effectively and efficiently to provide quality appropriate care in accordance with facility’s policies and protocols.  These variety of sites include but are not limited to community or employment immunization clinics, wellness clinics, job safety and workers compensation sites and travel health clinics from pediatric to geriatric age populations.

Minimum Requirements:  

  • Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
  • One year experience as a nurse in a clinic or immunization setting preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Hours vary between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: Weekly Travel Pay – $2,870
• $1,400 taxable income
• $1,470 stipends

Local Pay $60/hr

Job Description:

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Clinic RNs for a fast-paced walk-in primary care clinic in Colton, CA. This facility provides urgent care services for patients when regular appointments are unavailable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience in urgent care or primary care within the last year
  • Bilingual required (Spanish preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
  • Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to float to various clinic locations
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a walk-in clinic setting
  • Triage and assess patients with a variety of primary care needs
  • Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC (if applicable)
