LPN – Long-Term Care | Overnight Shift | Glenwood, IA
We’re hiring a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care assignment in Glenwood, Iowa. This overnight role offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing environment.

Duration: 8–13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour overnight shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Schedule: Rotating 36/48 hours per week
?? Compensation:

Local Pay: $38/hour

Overtime Rate: $57/hour

Travel Pay:

$1,492/week for 36-hour schedule

$1,844/week for 48-hour scheduleTravel rate eligibility requires proof of residency 50+ miles from the facility

Active LPN license

Previous long-term care experience preferred

Ability to work independently and provide high-quality care during overnight hours

The Long Term Care LPN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long TermCare/Assisted Living Facility. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinicaljudgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well ascritical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care.Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and isaccountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management ofpatient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state inwhich the nurse practices
- Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS card
- Successful completion of screening tests for the clinicalspecialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greater
