?? Who We’re Looking For
Are you someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a difference in their day-to-day school experience? We’re hiring a School Aide to support an elementary classroom in Anoka. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a caring school community and help students thrive.
??? What You’ll Do
- Support teachers with classroom routines and learning activities
- Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment
- Be a positive role model and encouraging presence for students
?? What You’ll Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- One of the following:
- 60 semester/90 quarter college credits
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Passing score on the ParaEducator or ParaPro exam
(Documentation required)
- Ability to comply with professional standards of practice
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Preferred: Experience in a school setting or as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

- Full-time, school-day hours
- Contract runs through the end of the school year
