?? About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable and caring School Aide to support an elementary school classroom in Burnsville, MN. This is a great opportunity to work closely with young students, assist teachers, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

? Key Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers with daily routines and learning activities
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Provide general support to students and staff as needed

?? Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have completed 60 semester/90 quarter credits, obtained an Associate’s degree or higher, or passed the ParaEducator or ParaPro exam (documentation required)
• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Preferred: Experience in a school setting or as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
