Amergis Staffing iscurrently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for Emergency Room (ER) assignments in West Islip, NY!

 

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ ability toextend)

Number of Openings: 20

Start Date: 11/6 or 11/24

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 36 (3×12’s) /Days, Mids, or Nights / Every other weekend

 

 

Setting:

  • Level I adult trauma center and level II pediatric trauma center

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent RN ER/ED experience
  • Active NY RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA), NIHSS, TNCC

     

    TheEmergency Department Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountabilityfor the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care inthe emergency room setting or other emergent critical care areas.

     

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Current Registered Nurse License within the state of practice
    • Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred
    • Current CPR if applicable
    • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable   
    • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements    
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
