- Travel radius: up to 1.5 hours from city center (client may accept 1 hour radius depending on candidate)
Position Details

? Requirements
- Certifications: Board Certified FNP or AGNP/AGACNP
- Licensure: Active North Carolina NP license
- Experience:
- Must have wound care experience as an RN or NP
- Availability:
- Must be able to work full 8-hour shifts
- More flexible candidates preferred
- No weekend-only availability
- Duties Include:
- Home visits and SNF patient care
- Advanced wound care, debridement, skin substitutions
- Visits last 45–60 minutes; some may take up to 2 hours
