Location: Grand Rapids,Michigan
Schedule: Full-Time (max 35 hours/week)
Hourly Rate: $23/hour

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our teamas Behavioral Techs working closely with students who benefit frompersonalized instructional and behavioral support. This is more than a job—it’sa chance to be a daily source of encouragement, stability, and growth forstudents with special needs.

?? WhatYou’ll Do:

• Work 1-on-1 with students to support their academic and behavioral goals.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic activities as directed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive classroom experience.
• Be a positive role model and advocate for students’ success and well-being.

? What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• CPR certification (if applicable)
• 60 College Credit Hours OR an Associates Degree is REQUIRED by the state of Michigan.
