1.1 BT or RBT

Amergis EducationalStaffing is partnered with a school in Plymouth, MA, and is currently seeking aBehavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work withstudents on a contractual basis for the 2025–2026 school year.

Start Date: Approximatelytwo weeks from offer acceptance
Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
Pay Rate:

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:50 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated BT or RBT to provide 1:1 support to a student with significantbehavioral needs. The student may transition to an out-of-district placementduring the school year. If that occurs, the BT/RBT will be reassigned toanother school within the district.

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
