Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support K–8 students in Phoenix, Arizona. This in-person role begins in late July and runs for 36 weeks. Open to one full-time or two part-time candidates.

Position Overview:

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Start Date: Late July 2025
Duration: 36 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40/week
Modality: In-person only
Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour (local)
Grade Level: K–8
Interview Format: Virtual or in-person

Responsibilities:

Conduct student evaluations and develop therapy plans
Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with individualized plans
Document services and progress accurately
Collaborate with school teams to support student success

Minimum Requirements:

Active OT license in Arizona
Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC)
One year of professional OT experience preferred
CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
