Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support San Lorenzo Unified School District. This in-person role begins immediately and is expected to run through at least January 2026, with strong potential to extend through the full school year.
Position Overview:

Location: San Lorenzo, CA (district-wide)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Through January 2026 (potential for full SY)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5–40 hours/week

Modality: In-person only

Pay Rate: $75/hour
-
Caseload: Elementary and secondary students; district-wide support
-
Openings: 1.0 FTE
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct behavioral evaluations (e.g., FBAs)
-
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
-
Support SCIA processes and district-wide behavioral initiatives
-
Provide consultation, training, and supervision to school staff
-
Collaborate with SPED coordinators and district leadership
Minimum Requirements:
-
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
-
Master’s degree in ABA, education, psychology, or related field
-
At least one year of pediatric experience (school-based preferred)
-
Strong understanding of school-based behavioral services
-
CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
