The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered individualized patient care plan.  This care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home during appointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.  

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice
  • Current BLS
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • At least 2 years of previous Home Health RN experience required
  • At least 1 travel contract completed (unless local)

Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.


Position is dayshift, 40 hrs/week
