CNA Acute Rehabilitation Inpatient

• Collaborate with therapists to help patients perform activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Facilitate rehabilitation exercises and routines as outlined in the care plan
• Provide basic education on self-care practices.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment for recovery
• Accurately record patient care activities, observations, and responses to treatment.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN
