Inclusion Special Education Teacher

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Inclusion Special Education Teacher to join a supportive middle school team and help shape the academic and personal success of students in an inclusive classroom setting.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Special Education Program Administrator and general education staff to design and deliver individualized instruction, provide targeted interventions, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, compassion, and student-centered practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality instruction and support to students with special needs in grades 6–8
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to implement IEPs
• Provide consultation, tutorial assistance, and differentiated instruction
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required)
• Valid state teaching certification (Special Education required)
• LBS1 Endorsement and PEL (Professional Educator License) required
• Experience in a teaching environment (minimum one year preferred)
• Strong commitment to inclusive education and team collaboration
• CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as required
