Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist – Local/Travel

Assists physicians with diagnosing and treating cardiac andperipheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab.  Specializes in the care of patientsundergoing PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement, EP devices andablations.  The Cardiac Cath LabTechnologist functions as a technical resource and provides scrub assistance tocardiologists in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic interventionalcardiac and peripheral vascular procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Pay breakdown: 
Travel (Over 50 miles): $42/hr; Housing: $847; Meals: $560 = $3,087/ weekly 

Shift Notes:
Days: 4x10s – Monday-Friday with a random day off during the week (cannot promise blocked scheduling) — 40 hrs/week

On Call Requirements: extra $9/hr
1-2 nights/week & Every 3rd weekend: 7p Friday through 7a Monday
Billable OT: 
36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Additional Requirements:
  • at least 2 years of Cath experience
  • ACTIVE ARRT, or CCI
  • structural heart experience strongly desired
  • EPIC experience desired
  • travel experience required
  • MUST be able to scrub independently, and proficiently
  • willingness to take call
  • must be willing to float across campuses if needed (minutes within one another)


2025 Holidays:
Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
