Position Overview
- Location: Greater Indianapolis, IN
- Openings:1 Full-Time (In-person)
- Start Date: ASAP through the end of the school year June 2026
- Pay: Starting at $60/hour and up (based on experience and credentials) + Benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Worksite: Would float to multiple schools within the district
- Caseload: Approximately 30 TOR and 70 TOS with full SLPA support

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a highly rated school district in the Greater Indianapolis area! This is a rewarding opportunity to support students’ communication and developmental needs in a collaborative and student-centered environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students throughout the schools in the district
- You’ll be the primary SLP responsible for about 30 students (TOR).
- You’ll also support an additional 70 students (TOS), in collaboration with other educators.
- You’ll have the support of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to help manage the workload.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Help students build essential communication skills and confidence

Qualifications
- Active Indiana SLP license (required)
- CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by contract or state)
- Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Meets requirements for Certificate of Clinical Competence
- One or more years of experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CPR certification, TB screening, and health certificate (if applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
