Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support the Schools in Portland, Oregon. This position begins October 27, 2025, and runs through the end of March 2026.

Position Overview:

• Location: Portland, OR

• Start Date: October 27, 2025

• Contract Length: 6 months

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week

• Pay Rate: $65/hr local or $2,900/week travel (includes stipends)

• Modality: In-person

• Openings: 1

• Age Range: K–12

• Sites: Floating across multiple buildings

Position Details:

• Guide teachers in identifying and referring speech and language impairments

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and diagnoses for speech, voice, and language disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds

• Support district equity policies and inclusive practices

• Refer students to outside agencies or specialists when appropriate

Minimum Requirements:

• Active SLP licensure in Oregon

• CCC-SLP certification (preferred and may be required)

• One year of experience (preferred)

• CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
