- Gathers, analyzes, and documents detailed requirements for new features and enhancements across the VMS platform
- Maintains and refines a prioritized product backlog in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Leads grooming sessions to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business goals
- Supports customer implementations by translating business needs into platform configurations and workflows
- Leads quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients to assess performance, identifies opportunities, and strengthens partnerships
- Conducts system demonstrations for prospective and existing clients to showcase platform capabilities
- Drives internal and external adoption of platform features and functions through training, documentation, and strategic communication
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to promote feature utilization and value realization
- Serves and supports the MSP Team in business development and VMS subject matter expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in workforce solutions, staffing technology, or vendor management systems as well as 5+ years of management experience
- Deep understanding of contingent labor workflows in healthcare and education settings as well as SaaS platforms and technologies. Understanding of cloud computing, software development and IT infrastructure
- Proven success in leading product initiatives and customer-facing engagements
- Strong leadership and management skills, customer focus, analytical and problem solving, communication, and presentation skills and a proven ability to drive operational excellence; proficiency in the English language is required
- Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools
