Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher for a contract near Boulder, Colorado. This position begins ASAP and runs through the full 2025–2026 school year.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 student contact hours/week

Local: $54/hr

Travel: $2,260/week (includes stipends)

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and support to K–12 students with IEPs
-
Collaborate with general education staff and participate in team planning

Deliver tutorial assistance and consultation

Maintain compliance with district and state standards
Minimum Requirements:
-
Eligible to work in Colorado and obtain CO CDE Special Education Generalist License
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)
-
Valid teaching certificate (Special Education preferred)
-
One year of teaching experience (preferred)
-
LBS1 endorsement (preferred)
-
CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable
-
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
