Amergis HealthcareStaffing is seeking a qualified OccupationalTherapists (OT) to provide school-based therapy services across 10 schools. The OT will perform studentevaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, and document services inalignment with each student’s individualized plan of care.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and deliver therapy services based on individualized plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
- Comply with all professional standards and school policies
MinimumRequirements:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- One year of professional OT experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (as required by contract or regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
