LPNClinic – Contract Opportunity
- Location: Falmouth, MA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/wk.
- Pay Rate: Up to $45-$50/hr (based on experience)
About theRole:
AmergisStaffing is partnered with a highly respected healthcare facility in Falmouth,MA, seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team on a contractualbasis. This role is essential in supporting providers and managing bothclinical and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Perform phlebotomy and administer injections (training provided if needed)
- Manage patient interactions with professionalism and compassion
- Support billing, prior authorizations, and payment reconciliations
- Utilize EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- LPN license required
- Min. 1 year of experience as an MA in a fast-paced medical office
- Prior experience administering injections preferred (training available)
- Knowledge of billing processes and prior authorizations
- Experience in customer service, behavioral health, or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and EMR systems
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
