?? What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and mentor school staff in effective ABA strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support IEP goals
- Ensure compliance with school policies and best practices in ABA
? What You Bring:
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience with autism-focused ABA programs (preferred)
- CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB test and health clearance (as required)
- Must be 18+ and meet all federal, state, and local requirements
?? Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in school or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with ABA data tools and documentation
