Job Title: Direct Support Personnel (DSP) – DSP I or II certification required
Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95409
Schedule: 24 – 40 Hours
About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and certified Direct Support Personnel (DSP 1 or 2) to join our team at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in Santa Rosa, CA. This is an awake facility serving elderly residents, offering a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Key Details:
- Start Date: ASAP (pending Guardian clearance)
- Contract Length: 8–13 weeks
- Extension Possibility: High, based on facility census
- Population Served: Elderly residents
- Facility Type: RCFE
- Bed Count & Ratios: Details available upon request
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience (required)
- Ability to complete Guardian Livescan within one week
- BLS Certification
- 2-Step TB Test or QuantiFERON/Blood Draw
- Completion of Relias training modules
