Physical Therapist Needed! $70 per hour

Full Time or Part Time Physical Therapist Needed!

Rate: $70 per hour

Shift: 9am to 3PM Monday to Friday

Qualifications: 1 year of school or pediatric experience needed

Weekly Pay and Full Benefits

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
