AmergisEducational Staffing is seeking experienced and compassionate BoardCertified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in school-basedsettings across the Greater Los Angeles area. As a BCBA, you’ll play a vitalrole in supporting students with behavioral, developmental, andsocial-emotional needs.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and train RBTs and Behavioral Technicians
• Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide consultation and support across classrooms and programs

? What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in school or pediatric settings (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
