Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Contract Opportunity

Location: East Boston, MA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks (with likelihood of extension)
Shift: 36 Hours/Wk. – Evening Shift
Misc: Very light duty! Facility sends more extreme emergencies to the hospital. Closer to a Clinic than ED

Pay Rate: Up to $2,971.00/Wk.

About the Role:

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join a dynamic team in a high-acuity setting. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, rapid decision-making, and the ability to provide exceptional care in fast-paced, unpredictable environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients presenting with emergent conditions.
• Administer medications and IV therapies according to protocols.
• Respond to trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document accurately in EMR systems and maintain compliance with facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Active MA RN license (required at submission).
• Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certification (required)
