Job Title: Behavior Technician – School Setting
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $20 – $25 based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday (during school hours); flexible shifts available

You’ll collaborate with educators and behavioral specialists to implement evidence-based interventions that help students achieve their learning and behavioral goals.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with experience in home, clinic, or school settings as a Behavior Technician or Behavioral Interventionist, especially those trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings
 - Implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans under supervision
 - Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
 - Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
 - Support students in developing social, communication, and academic skills
 - Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
 
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
 - At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)
 - Experience working with children in home, clinic, or school settings
 - ABA training or certification (preferred but not required)
 - Current CPR certification (if applicable)
 - TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
 - Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
 - Must be at least 18 years of age
