Start Date: ASAP
Location: Split location between two sites
Grade Levels: Elementary & Middle
Employment Type: In-Person | No nights, weekends, or holidays

?? Position Overview

Join a supportive and student-focused school community inKokomo, IN! As a School Social Worker, you’ll collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to provide social work interventions and contribute tothe development of Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) and IndividualizedEducation Programs (IEPs). This is a meaningful opportunity to empower studentsand make a lasting impact.

? Minimum Requirements

Master’s Degree (MSW preferred)
Active Indiana License (LSW required)
Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement
May be required to have LCSW depending on state or facility
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

Previous school-based experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for student advocacy and mental health support
