As a School Social Worker, you’ll work closely with amultidisciplinary team to provide social work interventions and contribute tothe development of Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) and IndividualizedEducation Programs (IEPs). Your role will be essential in helping studentsthrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
