About the Role: We are seeking a passionate andexperienced Speech-Language Pathologist to work virtually for Greenfield UnionSchool District. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in acollaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality,evidence-based therapy to a diverse caseload, while having the flexibility towork in a remote environment.

Position Details:

Location: Virtual/Remote– working for Greenfield Union School District

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: May29, 2026

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Caseload: No more than 55 students

Local Pay Rate: $65-70 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitivecommunication, and swallowing evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plansbased on client needs and goals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams includingphysicians, educators, and family members.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliancewith state and federal regulations.
Provide education and support to patients, caregivers,and staff.
Participate in team meetings, continuing education, andquality improvement initiatives.

To practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in California,candidates must:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from anaccredited program.
Current California SLP license (or eligibility toobtain).
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizationalskills.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
