Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Case Manager RN that would be interested in an 13 Week, full-time contract opportunity in Deerfield, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: RN – Case Manager
Location: Deerfield, IL
Pay Rate RN (Local): $58 (depends on experience)
- $0.70 per mile reimbursed
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday
- 9 AM – 5 PM (open to flexible start times)
Duration:
- 13 Weeks (option for temp to perm)
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience as Case Manager RN
- Experience with home visits
- hospice experience REQUIRED
- assisted living, and skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- MUST live within 20 miles of Deerfield, IL
- Location could be Deerfield, Northbrook, Highland Park, Glenview, Skokie, Evanston, Park Ridge, Vernon Hills
