?? Job Posting: School Social Worker – Elementary Level Location: Near Beloit, WI

Pay: $35/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (August – June)

Openings: 1 Full-Time Position

An elementary school near Beloit, Wisconsin is hiring a full-time School Social Worker to support students’ emotional well-being, family engagement, and access to services. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about equity, trauma-informed care, and holistic student support.

?? Responsibilities As a School Social Worker, you will:

Provide direct support to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to develop intervention plans
Conduct assessments and connect students to school-based and community resources
Support crisis response, conflict resolution, and restorative practices
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as needed
Advocate for students’ needs and promote inclusive, trauma-sensitive practices
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines

?? Qualifications Required:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Valid Wisconsin DPI School Social Worker license
Experience working with elementary-aged students in school or clinical settings
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral interventions, and family systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students and families
