About the Role:

Amergis Healthcare is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in school settings throughout Torrance. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Train and support school staff in ABA strategies
• Supervise behavior technicians and aides
• Monitor student progress and treatment fidelity
• Collaborate with IEP teams and families
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Active BCBA certification in California
• Experience in school or pediatric settings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to student success and inclusion
