Are you someone who connects easily with kids and thrives in a team setting? We’re looking for Behavioral Technicians to support students in the El Monte region. If you have experience with ABA and enjoy working in a school environment, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building strong relationships with students
- Supporting teachers with both instruction and behavior management
- Using ABA strategies to help students communicate and succeed
- Collecting data (like frequency and duration) to track progress
- Reviewing IEPs and BIPs to guide individualized support
- Using visual tools like token boards and schedules—without needing to be asked
- Assisting with personal care routines when needed (toileting, diaper changes, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working with a range of behaviors—from mild to more intensive
- High school diploma required
- Active CPR/BLS
- Recent TB test
- Ideally 1+ years working as a Behavioral Technician, Therapist, or Interventionist
- Hands-on ABA experience (2+ years preferred)
