Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: North County San Diego, CA
Compensation: Up to $85/hour
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM – highly flexible
We are currently hiring a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver specialized behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position includes conducting evaluations, crafting intervention strategies, and managing therapeutic programs across diverse environments.
Primary Duties:

Provide consistent supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to behavioral intervention protocols

Perform thorough Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) to identify and understand behavioral concerns

Observe clients in multiple settings to create individualized Behavior Support Plans

Apply principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to encourage constructive behavioral outcomes

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals

Educate and support staff in implementing best practices in behavioral health
Required Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related discipline

At least two years of experience supporting individuals with IDD and mental health challenges

Proven experience in supervising RBTs

CPR certification (if applicable)
