Urgently Hiring Behavior Technicians - $24/hour+

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking Behavioral Therapists (BTs) for the 2025–2026 school year within the Orange County School Districts. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the educational development of students across OC! 

In this role, the Behavioral Therapist will:

• Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions.
• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to manage maladaptive and aggressive behaviors.
• Support students in staying on track with academic tasks, including homework and classwork.
• Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure students receive consistent and effective behavioral support.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with ABA Therapy working with children, especially in Special Education settings
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Full Time, Part Time, or On-Call Substitutes 
• Availability at least 2–5 weekdays per week
• Flexibility between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
