The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory and pulmonarytherapy, management, and rehabilitation under the direction of a doctor.  The Respiratory Therapist treats conditionsthat affect the pulmonary system and help patients who are having troublebreathing from infants to the elderly in a variety of health caresettings. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Respiratory Therapist Certification or Registrationfor the state in which he/she practices
  • One year of respiratory therapy clinical experiencepreferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age Compliance & EthicsExpectations
This position offers SAME DAY INTERVIEWS! Please prepare qualified candidates to receive a call from a (405) area code.

  • 3+ years experience hospital/medical center setting
  • PICU or NICU experience – may work across picu/nicu floor (Candidate will be cross trained on general Pediatric floor to assist when needed
  • Equipment experience: HFOV, Jet, Servo U
  • CRTs accepted 
  • ALL certs/IA RCP license in hand 
  • NRP or PALS certified required
Shift Notes:
Nights, 36 hrs/week, Call: None; Weekends – every 3rd including holiday rotation
Weekend Requirements:
Every 3rd weekend & Holiday rotation if scheduled
