Amergis Educational Staffing is proud to partner with Canton Public Schools to hire a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with behavioral needs and collaborate with a passionate team of educators and support staff.
?? Position Details
- Location: Canton, MA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm
- Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
- Pay Rate: up to $70/hr, based on experience
?? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative support to staff working with students with behavioral challenges
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals and ABA technicians
- Monitor and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions
- Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers to promote student success
? Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and school environments

Minimum Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
