School-Based BCBA

Amergis Educational Staffing is proud to partner with Canton Public Schools to hire a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with behavioral needs and collaborate with a passionate team of educators and support staff.

?? Position Details

• Location: Canton, MA
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm
• Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
• Pay Rate: up to $70/hr, based on experience

?? Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative support to staff working with students with behavioral challenges
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals and ABA technicians
• Monitor and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions
• Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers to promote student success

? Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and school environments

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable                 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
