Position Description: The Correctional RN works incollaboration with other healthcare professionals, correctional officers, andadministrators to ensure the well-being of the incarcerated population. The Correctional RN utilizes their knowledge to address the specific challengesand limitations of the correctional environment while providing care to theirpatient population.  This care includes both routine and emergency healthcare in a correctional facility setting. 

Position Requirements:

-MUST have at least 1 year of nursing experience andespecially within corrections.

-MUST hold a VA license or hold a compact nursinglicense.
