About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time, school-based role. This position offers the opportunity to work with students across various grade levels to support their communication and language development in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
Qualifications:
- Current Indiana Speech Language Pathology License (Required).
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
