Job Title: Observation/Sitter
Location:  Raleigh, NC
Pay Rate:

  • Weekdays: $16/hr
  • Weekends: $18/hr

Contract Length: Up to 12 weeks (based on performance)
Shifts Available: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts – All shifts available

Job Description:

Seeking compassionate and reliable Observation/Sitters to join our team. This role is essential in providing continuous observation and ensuring the safety of patients in a hospital setting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent experience (within the last 2 years) in one of the following settings:
    • Long-Term Care (LTC)
    • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
    • Hospital

Note: Experience in State Psychiatric Facilities, Home Health, or Assisted Living will not be accepted.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct observation of patients to ensure safety and prevent injury.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient behavior and needs.
  • Maintain a calm and supportive presence for patients.
  • Follow hospital protocols and procedures.
