About the Role:
We are hiring dedicated Instructional Assistants / School Aides to support students and teachers in school settings across Indianapolis and Westfield. These full-time positions follow regular school hours and offer a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and management.
- Support students with academic tasks, social development, and behavioral goals.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
- Collaborate with school staff to meet student needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs.
- Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about working in schools.
