About the Role:

We are hiring dedicated Instructional Assistants / School Aides to support students and teachers in school settings across Indianapolis and Westfield. These full-time positions follow regular school hours and offer a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and management.
• Support students with academic tasks, social development, and behavioral goals.
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
• Collaborate with school staff to meet student needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs.
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about working in schools.
